☑️ Have a lifestyle that you want

☑️ Change

☑️ Be successful

☑️ Define what “success” is to you

☑️ Be your authentic self


This list can go on and on, but the take home message here is that You Can and the more you tell yourself that and believe it, you will start opening doors in your life that at one time you did not think could be possible.


👩🏼‍🔬What we know in the field of Psychology is that the way someone talks to themself (thoughts you have about yourself) impacts how the person feels and acts. Interesting right ? Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are all connected in a bidirectional triad.


🤓So - reminding yourself each day that you can and you are capable... will influence your actions and feelings to adjust accordingly. The same goes for actions , if you work toward a goal and start seeing those small victories, your actions can positively impact your self talk or thoughts.
