What can I expect in our first session?

I offer an integrative and personalized approach to therapy. My work draws from essential components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills (DBT). With advanced training training in telehealth, I bring the same level of depth and care to virtual sessions as I would in person.
At its core, my therapeutic style blends scientific rigor with individualized attention — a refined approach where clinical expertise meets authenticity, compassion, and the highest standard of care.
What are your current rates?
Your first session is $400, a 90-minute intake designed to give us the space and time to understand your story and create a thoughtful plan together. Ongoing therapy sessions are $250, each session is 45 minutes tailored to provide consistent support as you move toward healing and growth.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not work directly with insurance providers. However, I will gladly provide you with a detailed invoice after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many of my clients find this process straightforward, and I am happy to guide you through.

How many sessions will I need?
